  • An additional cleaning fee of $250.00 will be added to the first night.
  • **All prices are per night rates. Additional applicable cleaning fee and sales tax will be added.
  • Three (3) night minimum required for house stays. Rates subject to change, deposits may be required during holiday time periods.
  • Cancellation fee for the house is $200.00 if cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days of the arrival date, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

The Bay House features five (5) bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 16 guests. Rental homes have laundry facilities available and also come completely furnished and supplied with dishes, cookware, as well as bed and bath items. No need to pack the kitchen sink, just your toothbrush!
